Para Badminton is a reasonably new sport in Western Australia with a program coming to fruition in 2015 after Para Badminton was accepted into the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics.
The sport has classifications for both ambulant players and wheelchair users.
Wheelchair Sports WA is working in partnership with Badminton WA to deliver regular training sessions for those that want to participate competitively or recreationally.
